The short version: Nitefall collects no data. Nothing leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Nitefall does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.

• No account or sign-up.
• No analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking SDKs.
• No network code at all. The app never makes a network request.

What stays on your device

Everything the app remembers is local to your device: your nights, your moods, the notes you leave yourself, and your settings. It lives only in Nitefall's own on-device storage, and deleting the app removes it.

Purchases

The purchase is handled entirely by Apple. Nitefall never sees your name, your payment details, or your Apple ID, and it receives no receipt data beyond what the App Store confirms on your device.

Health data

Nitefall does not read or write HealthKit data. If a future update ever reads sleep data, it will be read-only and will never leave your device. It will not be uploaded, synced, or shared.

Children

Nitefall collects no data from anyone, including children. The app is not directed at children.

Third parties

None. Nitefall includes no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no third-party trackers. This website is the same: it loads no fonts, no scripts, and no analytics from anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated. Because Nitefall collects no data, there is nothing to share, transfer, or sell. This policy can only get more private, not less.
